Q: How do I claim my free promotional item after purchase ?
A: Simply drop us an email after purchase and include your order # and address you wish the item mailed to and we will ship it usually in a few weeks.
Q: Is there any costs involved with receiving my free promotional items ?
A: No. Postage and handling is on us. We also destroy the information you provide to us. We do not store or sell it.
Q: Is there a limit to how many promotional items I can receive ?
A: No. The more you spend, the more items you receive. Or you can choose a single large item if you wish. Also, the discount on the items will likely increase depending on volume ordered.
Q: I don't see the item I am looking for. Can you order it for me ?
A: Provided it was not discontinued, Yes. Also if you wish, we can have them made to your specifications. Please see the Custom portion of this site for details.
Q: Is there minimum order / Quantity limit On special orders ?
A: On pre made Items There are generally no Minimums or maximums. On Custom items, It depends, but generally while there are no maximums we can handle, there are often minimums or incentives like Free embroidery with specific size orders.
Note: An example of this is ordering uniforms for your little league team. The embroidery is likely going to be free provided you order so many at a time.
Q: Can I have the Trucker Shirts & novelties Custom made ?
A: Yes. This is our specially. We have Peterbilt, Kenworth, Western Star, & Freightliner Officially Licensed products. ~ Email us.
Q: Why should I place my Custom Order / Officially licensed Order with you instead of ordering from the Official websites ?
A: In a nut shell, we can get you anything on earth Pro Apparel related. If it does not exist, We can likely have it made.
Examples of this are: Major League, Minor League, Little league, Heavy Trucks, Parties. Conventions, Political Fund raisers.

Q: Are there any hassles with custom ordering ?
A: No. We can make you almost anything Legally available you can think of at a reasonable price. Since we are strictly a supplier, we have no conflicts of interest involved in your end use of the product and so therefore there are no forms to fill out and no hassles with the final use of the product. Also, We will never attempt to compete with you.
Q: If I am just a small customer, will you treat me the same as the larger customers ?
A: Yes. We treat every one with respect and equal importance in this organisation and We will never disrespect you, try to control you or spam you. We take no satisfaction in telling customers the word "NO" and a single order is just as important as a 60,000 piece order to us. While we cannot accommodate every request, we will do our very best to make you a satisfied customer every time.
Q: I noticed that the web pages have an 800 number I can call for customer service. Do I call that number or do I contact Steve's Custom Apparel/ ?
A: While we strongly welcome you to contact the toll free number for minor issues such as order tracking and so on, generally speaking we can also handle these issues for you. Please bare in mind that We get high mail volumes. Response time can be a little longer than usual.
Q: Will you ignore my email ?
A: Never. We are here to help.
Q: The search Function does not seem to come up with what I'm looking for. What do I do ?
A: Drop us an email. It is best if you know exact information regarding the product you are looking for. Though, this is not always necessary.
Q: I am in the military and the order I placed will not ship outside the United States. Will you still ship it to me ?
A: Yes. You can simply have the order shipped to our offices and then drop us an email with your order # and shipping address and we will ship it to you as soon as we receive it. No questions asked.
Q: I am NOT in the military and I live in country out side the US. Will you still ship the order to us ?
A: Yes. If the Shipping Country is not on the list at the time of order, you can have it mailed to our corporate address and we will forward it to you anywhere in the world, according to what you wish. Simply send us an email.
Q: Can I just order direct from you ?
A: Yes. While ALL Custom orders are handled this way, any order can be handled in this manner. Simply Mail Us a cheque. We'll do the rest.
Q: are there any additional charges for this service ?
A: Just Postage and handling.
Q: what are the advantages to this service ?
A: Often while it is far faster to order on line, many merchants will not ship to countries beyond North America. We fill that gap with a smile.
Q: What If I don't want to order from one of your vendors ? Can I order directly from Steve's Custom Apparel ?
A: Yes. Simply email us at Sales at steves apparel.com/ and tell us what your needs are. We'll do the rest.
Q: Are my orders insured ?
A: Yes. All orders placed through our sales team are sent via USPS Insured mail. Simply fill out a claim form.
Q: I am a person who travels a lot. Will you ship via the post office ?
A: Yes. Send us an email with your order number and we will forward it to you ASAP. Also, if your forwarding postage is under six bucks, we will often forward it to you at no additional charge. No need to worry or fuss.
Q: Can I have Novelty / Promotional items custom made too ?
A: Yes. Caps, Mugs, Banners, Pens, Pocket Knives, Golf Balls in any quantity. Also many jerseys and caps can be customised too. We can add your name or name of favourite player as you wish. Just ask.
Q: Are there any additional charges for this service ?
A: Depends on a few factors and the supplier. In some cases it is five dollars to fifty dollars each, and in some cases it is free. Let us know how we can help.
Q: I see you no longer carry an item. Are there Coupons or rain checks available ??
A: No. Instead we will often issue a $10
cash payment {or more in some instances} direct deposited to your account. Since it is cash, you can spend it anywhere you wish.
Keep in mind, you can have it custom made too. Lunch is on Us.
